How long does shipping take for my VelociRAX?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the continental US.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused products in their original packaging. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs and a restocking fee may apply.
Does my rack come with a warranty?
Yes, all VelociRAX hitch racks come with a 2-year integrated warranty that covers manufacturing defects and structural integrity under normal use.
What tire sizes are compatible with the integrated wheel baskets?
Our standard baskets are designed to fit most mountain and road bike tires, ranging from 20-inch to 29-inch diameters and widths up to 3 inches. Fat bike kits are available separately.
Can I open my vehicle's tailgate while the rack is loaded?
Yes, our racks feature a patented tilt mechanism with hydraulic dampers that allows the rack to lean back, providing clear access to your trunk or tailgate even when fully loaded with bikes.
What hitch size is required for installation?
VelociRAX systems require a standard 2-inch Class III or IV receiver hitch. They are not compatible with 1.25-inch hitches or hitch adapters.
