Please note that return shipping costs and potential restocking fees may apply based on the condition of the returned item.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble your rack and pack it securely in its original packaging, ensuring all hardware and components are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package to our designated warehouse address provided in your RMA instructions.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned unit for damage or wear, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
